The laboratory started its activities on July 1, 2001. The laboratory directs its activities to the improvement of the mechanism of legal regulation of corporate relations and the adaptation and unification of the internal corporate legislation of Ukraine in accordance with the principles of the European Community and norms of international law. Leading researchers of the Laboratory carry out scientific management of dissertation studies, take direct part (lead) in specialized Academic Councils of institutes. Employees of the Laboratory carry out scientific activities, which make it possible to provide scientific consultations in the field of corporate law, feedback on abstracts of dissertations, review and opposition to dissertation research.
