From teachers to innovators – from students to entrepreneurs

Project duration: 1.03.2024 – 31.12.2024

The total project budget is £21,000.

The coordinator of the project is Iryna Ivanivna Hryhoruk, associate professor of the Department of Management and Business Administration, head of the research department of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University , and Matias Neuman, professor of modern history and head of the School of History of the University of East Anglia.

The meta-project takes place in the studied ways of integrating entrepreneurship and innovation into the educational process through the active involvement of students, including hackathons, startup competitions, problem-based learning and other methods.

Main goals:
Developing entrepreneurial skills: creating the conditions for developing skills, some for successful entrepreneurship, such as communication, leadership, creativity and collaboration.

Stimulating innovation: finding and developing innovative ideas through participation in hackathons, startup competitions and other innovative events.

Hands-on experience: providing opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing their ideas in a real business environment.
