Funding amount: UAH 2,400,000.
The goal of the project: The purpose of the proposed project is to develop the architecture and elemental base of the hybrid sensor microsystem based on both KMON and KMON KNI – device structures, including three-dimensional and multilayer, development of schematic solutions of functional units of the microsystem in an integrated design, design of device structures and their topologies, schematic and topological verification, modeling and research of electrical, time and temperature characteristics of integrated instrument structures.
