The goal of the project: Development of an economically competitive technology of multilayer thin film structures based on ZnO/CdS/CdTe/CuO heterostructures by the method of vapor phase and laser pulse deposition and subsequent formation of a photovoltaic cell with high efficiency values (to reach the level of silicon solar cells).
