TechFusion Hackathon was held at the Precarpathian University

Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University hosted the TechFusion Hackathon event, which focused on developing innovative solutions to solve specific problems of the city and ensure its sustainable development using a wide range of innovative technologies. The Precarpathian National University, together with the University of East Anglia (UK), brought together about 70 participants to develop innovative solutions and share experiences. Under the leadership of Finbar Carter, the main facilitator of the event and Head of the Student Enterprise Centre at the University of East Anglia, the hackathon was an ideal opportunity for cooperation and strengthening of partnerships.

The winners of the TechFusion Hack are:

1st place: Parking IF (10000 UAH)

2nd place: Pua team (6000 UAH)

3rd place: O’Test (3000 UAH).

Other participating teams received UAH 1000 each.

The mentors of the international hackathon were: First Vice-Rector Valentyna Yakubiv, Head of the Research Department Iryna Hryhoruk, Head of the Educational and Scientific Centre for Project Research and Scientific Information Tetiana Hrynyshak, Dean of the Faculty of Management Iryna Piatnychuk, international relations specialist and translator Nataliia Pitei, researcher Liliia Turovska, Head of the Department of Management and Business Administration Antonina Tomashevska, and Head of the Library Roman Dzumedzey.
