Nineteen esteemed academics from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University (PNU) have been selected for inclusion in a prestigious pool of experts by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine. These experts are entrusted with conducting scientific and technical expertise in the fields of science and innovation. They are categorized according to specific areas of focus, branches, and specializations, following the classification of scientific data based on the OECD’s national list of educational specialties and the International Standard Classification of Education.
The participation of PNU experts in this initiative is of significant importance, as it will facilitate a comprehensive comparison between national research assessment systems and European standards. Their expertise will be instrumental in providing informed recommendations for improvement within the framework of the EDUC-WIDE project. This will provide a foundation for conducting a thorough evaluation of the current assessment system and an opportunity to develop well-grounded recommendations for future reforms.
