A botanical garden is a scientific-research structural unit that accumulates collections of plants for the purpose of their study, preservation, cultivation and acclimatization. Scientific research, educational and educational events are held in the Botanical Garden with university students, primarily students and post-graduate students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences. The convenient location of the Botanical Garden on the outskirts of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk has good prospects for the development of additional cultural and educational events for the city’s residents, which is foreseen by the strategic and tactical development plans.
