Expanding EDUC Opportunities for Inclusive ERA Development

Total Project Budget: 511,683.86 euros.

The project aims to strengthen the community by reducing gaps among the member states of the European Union and supporting Ukraine in its challenging struggle for freedom and prosperity by connecting it with the European Research Area through EDUC.
Main Objectives:
- Ensure the integration of Open Science principles into the research process and infrastructure of EDUC universities.
- Implement responsible research evaluation as a standard practice in EDUC and advocate policymakers to create an institutional and national environment conducive to reformed research assessment.
- Prepare EDUC researchers for diverse career paths beyond academic communities and promote the development and implementation of Gender Equality Plans in expanding countries.
- Initiate and expand scientific research cooperation among EDUC universities and their ecosystems and contribute to addressing key social issues: green and digital transition, EU missions, and UN Sustainable Development Goals.
